Diese besondere Prozedur der <strong>pyrolytischen Entlackung<\/strong> <strong>und Entschichtung<\/strong> hat den Vorteil, dass sie materialschonend ist und Verformungen der Bauteile vermeidet.<\/p>\n<p>Zu unseren verschiedenen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sabeforni.it\/waermebehandlungsanlagen\/?lang=de\"><strong>W\u00e4rmebehandlungsanlagen<\/strong><\/a>, die wir herstellen, geh\u00f6rt dieser Ofen f\u00fcr die thermische Entlackung von Metallen unter Schutzgas f\u00fcr <strong>dynamisch oder statische<\/strong> Verarbeitungsprozesse. Der Pyrolyse-Ofen besteht aus 3 kombinierte, aufeinander abgestimmte Module, die mit verschiedener Temperatur betrieben werden:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hauptbrennkammer\/Erw\u00e4rmungsphase<\/strong>: Hier werden durch einen Brenner Verbrennungsd\u00e4mpfe erzeugt, welche die Verdampfungskammer aufheizen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Verdampfungskammer f\u00fcr Bindemittel: <\/strong>In diesem Prozess des pyrolytischen Entlackungsofens werden die Teile entlackt. Die Brenntemperatur wird durch die D\u00e4mpfe der Hauptbrennkammer erreicht, wobei diese vom zu entfernenden Bindemittel\/Lack abh\u00e4ngt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nachverbrennungskammer: <\/strong>In dieser Phase werden die Verbrennungs- und Kohlenstoffgase (Pyrolysegase) der Verdampfungskammer thermisch verbrannt.
